We do understand that things come up with our busy lives but as a courtesy to our other guests and our service providers, we ask that you notify us by 7pm (in Beaverton) or 4pm (in Portland) the day before your appointment (except Sundays in Beaverton and Saturdays and Sundays in Portland as we are not here!) to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Any missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged at full value to your credit card on file.
If appointment was booked with a Package or Membership, 1 massage will be taken off the Package or for a month in the Membership.
